Our Leaders

Pastor Paul is the 5th of 6 children born to Elder Lambert R. Tolbert, Jr. and Lady Emma J. Tolbert and a fourth generation Apostolic going all the way back to the late Bishop G.T. Hayward, his great great uncle. Pastor Paul was baptized in the Name of Jesus when he was 9 years old and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 12. Pastor Paul formally entered the ministry at the age of 23 and operates under the prophetic anointing, takes God's call on his life very seriously, and immensely enjoys being used by God to strengthen, encourage, and build God's people. He often says "my mission isn't to preach you happy, but to preach you SPIRITUALLY healthy!".
